Rabbi Lauren Kurland is delighted to be returning to Ansche Chesed (after serving as its Family Educator from 2001-2003) in the capacity of Education Director. In addition to directing the Ansche Chesed Hebrew School,  she is also responsible for coordinating and supervising Shabbat and holiday programming for families at Ansche Chesed. She received rabbinic ordination and a Masters Degree in Jewish Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary this past May. Rabbi Kurland lives in Manhattan with her husband, Scott.
